We were brought in primarily to troubleshoot and recover failing projects. Over time, we saw a pattern: the same root causes kept appearing - but they were nearly always visible earlier if someone had known where to look.

That’s why we developed the DIAG™ Framework — a flexible methodology that can be used both proactively to prevent failure and reactively to rescue projects already in trouble.
